      When you reach out to Decked Out, LLC, one of our staff will follow up with you to get details about your project. We will schedule a time to visit your home in person so we can see the space(s) you are concerned about. Once we get information about your unique needs, we will prepare an estimate for you. The estimate is good for 30 days. Once you give us the green light to begin, we will do our best to get the job done in a timely manner according to standard practices. We will also communicate regularly with you during the project to notify you of progress, necessary actions, and changes needed. 


      All projects require a deposit for us to begin our work. Once the project has been completed, the remaining balance of the project is due in full. We offer warranties on every project. Decked Out, LLC guarantees construction performed on our projects for a period of one year from the date of commencement of use, substantial completion, or date of notice of completion.
